Whitman Collective, based in Lebanon, TN, exists to help people grow stronger in faith, family, and personal wellness. Founded by Troy Whitman, our mission is to walk alongside individuals, couples, and communities through seasons of challenge and change. Whether it’s personal coaching, mental health coaching, grief counseling, or premarital coaching, you’ll find a space of honesty, compassion, and growth.

🌱 Troy’s Story

For nearly two decades, I served in corporate leadership. But life shifted in profound ways when I experienced deep personal loss — a journey through grief that shaped my calling to come alongside others. Out of that season, Whitman Collective was born: a place where personal growth and mental health are supported through both faith and practical coaching.

My background includes a diploma in Mental Health Coaching through the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), and I am certified to facilitate the SYMBIS assessment for premarital couples. Today, I work with individuals, couples, and groups who are ready to grow in purpose and resilience.
